Assistant Director Job Details

**Role:** Assistant Director
**Location:** Moulden, Northern Territory Centre: Providing high-quality early learning and care in a supportive environment.
**Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive based on qualifications and experience + benefits

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Centre Team to deliver exceptional early childhood education.
  • Develop and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Oversee daily operations of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
  • Implement and promote the Goodstart Practice Guide.

 

About Our Centre:

Our centre is a 73-place setting offering a welcoming and stimulating learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. We maintain high standards of quality care and education, meeting National Quality Standard requirements.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current Northern Territory Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Northern Territory Registration not required (non-mandated).
