Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within defined geographical areas to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Secure profitable customers aligned to branch budget targets, focusing on LP Gas sales to achieve agreed sales volume, margin, and product channel.
- Maintain accurate customer information through EWS inputs and ensure all customers have valid, in-date Supply Agreements.
- Develop and maintain records of opposition customers and trade allies, ensuring they are serviced and meet Elgas safety standards.
- Liaise with branch and transport functions to achieve desirable service levels and coordinate with Customer Service Staff to achieve goals and targets.
Performance Metrics
- Measure success by the number of new business wins and associated volume increase.
- Maintain cross-margin to business targets.
- Conduct cylinder safety training and provide competitor market intelligence to the business.
