About the Opportunity

In this exciting opportunity, you will join our dedicated team of professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant. Your primary responsibilities will involve case management, application of clinical knowledge to enhance return to work outcomes, and collaboration with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Caseload management, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
  • Application of clinical knowledge to enhance return to work outcomes
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees
  • Collaboration with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to achieve successful outcomes
  • Completion of various assessments utilizing clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
