We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment/Instrument Install, Maintain professional to join our team at Kalmar Equipment (Australia) Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and support of Kalmar mobile equipment and other hydraulic mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain Kalmar mobile equipment and other hydraulic mechanical equipment to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
  • Maintain continual compliance with OH&S requirements and industry standards.
  • Care and maintain service vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Attend OEM Kalmar training as required to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Deliver high-quality new product installations and accurate service reports.
  • Utilize technical fault-finding skills to diagnose and resolve hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Requirements
  • Formal trade qualification in a relevant field (vehicle, mechanic, diesel mechanic, heavy vehicles).
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the mechanical handling, port, or industrial operations industry sector.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to participate in all training and development programs and adapt to changing circumstances.
