**About Our Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our salad bar team in the Melbourne CBD. As a key part of our quick service business, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

This is an all-rounder position that involves completing tasks such as preparing fruits and veggies, taking customer orders, preparing meals to customer specifications, and housekeeping and cleaning tasks.

As a Bowler, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of food preparation areas, learning and maintaining knowledge of the menu, and ensuring all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards.

You will also be required to operate POS registers, greet customers, guide them through the ordering process, and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas as well as the ordering & waiting area.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to customers.
  • Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination.
  • Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.
  • Set up, maintain and close of the food preparation area as well the restaurant.
  • Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
  • Greet customers, guide the customer journey, resolve issues and properly inform customers of the loyalty program.
