Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team on a day shift basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all plant machinery remains in good working order, maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment, and completing all documentation to meet compliance and operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining plant machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensuring efficient mechanical maintenance functions while maintaining a safe and clean working area.
  • Investigating failures and providing recommendations for improvements to reduce the risk of occurrence.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant tertiary level qualification as a Mechanical Fitter.
  • Experience troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP within the FMCG industry.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office desirable.
