Job Description
As an Assistant Night Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will play a key role in leading our Front Office overnight team to ensure the night operation runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management of the Front Office overnight team
- Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function
- Cooking and mentoring your team to achieve an exceptional guest experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality
- Great communication skills between colleagues and with guests
- Confident problem-solving, training, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera
- Experience working in a large hotel in a Front Office environment
