Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the agricultural industry and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on irrigation products and services, resolving customer queries, and ensuring seamless transactions.

You will work closely with our branch teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service, while also maintaining accurate records and managing stock levels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
