Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment specialist to spearhead our end-to-end experienced recruitment strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to find niche talent, crafting compelling selection processes, reviewing resumes, interviewing and assessing candidates, salary negotiations and closing deals.
  • Building strong partnerships with stakeholders and sourcing partners to establish robust candidate pipelines.
  • Designing and delivering innovative approaches to source and identify passive talent.
  • Creating and recommending strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals and research.
  • Providing guidance and advice to stakeholders on hiring processes and best practices.
  • Using data insights to inform decision-making and provide direction to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end experienced recruitment, ideally within financial services, technology or professional services.
  • Knowledge of technology and control domains is highly advantageous.
  • A consultative approach with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment platforms and Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • A proactive, positive mindset with passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
