Artisan Baker Position

The role of a Skilled Artisan Baker is crucial to our bakery's success. As an experienced artisan baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bread and baked goods that meet the expectations of our customers.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and a commitment to delivering exceptional products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing high-quality bread and baked goods that meet customer expectations.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
