We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Home Care in Port Augusta. As a member of our clinical community, you will provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs, working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and provide wound care to clients
- Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor and update care plans to ensure appropriate care is provided
- Deliver education to clients and families to promote best possible outcomes
- Recognize and respond to clinical deterioration, with appropriate escalation
- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
- Willingness to obtain NDIS and Police Clearance
- Use of own car with KM allowance provided
- Full drivers license
- CPR and Manual handling certification
- Minimum 1 year acute experience
- Understanding of community nursing sector, including Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program
