Job Title: Enterprise Program Manager

Job Summary:

KBR Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and programs.
  • Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and experience working with government contracts.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management.
  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or host nation PV clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in formal management, leading a team.
  • 5 years of experience working with business strategy.
  • 5 years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • 5 years of experience supporting the Federal and/or Intelligence Community.
  • 5 years of experience with long-range business plans.
  • Experience building and sustaining high-performing integrated teams.
  • Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000).
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics.
  • Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects.
  • Knowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating, and executing support to special events.
  • Familiarity with 24/7/365 operational environment.
