Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Management Accountant to join our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to take on a challenging role and make a real impact.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and analysis with experience in inventory management, product costing, and profitability analysis. They will be able to drive transformation and improvement by collaborating with stakeholders and partners across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the clean-up and reconciliation of the balance sheet identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure accurate configuration of ERP modules.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and drive decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly management reports including P&L analysis, variance commentary, and budget forecasting.
  • Conduct detailed inventory analysis including valuation, movements, and cost allocation to improve margin performance.
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and implement process improvements.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
  • Perform product costing and profitability analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting/Finance or similar.
  • Experience working in an inventory/product-based environment with exposure to ERP migration/troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
