As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing contract administration from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Assisting with project documentation, including progress reports, variations, and claims
- Supporting project managers in risk management and dispute resolution
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the commercial fitout and refurbishment sector in Australia. You will have proven working projects up to $10M specifically in commercial fitout, as well as a strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and project delivery processes.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget are essential.
