About the role

We are seeking a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast-paced bakery environments to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing excellent customer service.

About you and your skills

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
• Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting, where you can showcase your skills and experience.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously, and your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
• Customer obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
• Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver, and we're looking for someone who shares this passion.
• Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
