About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities include liaising with business units to capture and reflect accurate accounting impacts, responding to financial enquiries from business units in relation to gathering and interpreting data, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the closing process, preparation of relevant audit schedules as part of the end of year process, preparation of internal financial statements, preparation of BAS returns, and review of costs and income for the business, presenting to management on a monthly basis.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with CPA/CA qualification (completed or in progress)
  • 2+ years work experience in financial accounting/reporting
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
