The role of an Insurance Claims Specialist involves managing the entire claims process from initial claim lodgement to settlement and recovery. This includes accurate and timely actioning, upload, and management of claims as well as communication and coordination between stakeholders and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of end-to-end claims within the portfolio for efficient and successful completion
- Providing insurance and claim advice and support to stakeholders and business partners
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders through exceptional customer service skills
- Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP is highly regarded
About You:
- At least 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries, or the Insurance Industry
- Results-oriented individual with strong written communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
- A team player who can contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances
