Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced medical professional to provide high-quality healthcare services to a diverse population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care comparable to those offered by a USG Facility Medical Officer (FMO) during clinic hours and after hours as necessary.
- Obtain patients' health histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
- Diagnose conditions and counsel patients on evidence-based treatment plans.
- Presetcribed medications in accordance with state laws and professional guidelines.
- Maintain accurate, problem-oriented health records for each patient, adhering to Health Information Management policies.
- Ensure continuity of care by providing prompt, comprehensive medical services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to assist patients with their healthcare needs.
- Arrange referrals for services not available on-site.
- Review incoming reports (e.g., labs, x-rays, EKGs), sign, date, and follow up promptly.
- Assist in updating clinical protocols and practices as needed.
- Participate in outside medical outreach functions.
- Commit to ongoing learning and staying current with medical advancements and best practices.
- Complete required organizational compliance training, including client-specific requirements for certifications such as Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services or other regulatory bodies.
