Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As a member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience from the moment they step into our venue until they leave.

You will work closely with our head chef and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly, ensuring that all guests receive their orders within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with our menu and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
