Electrical Minor Works Manager

The Electrical Minor Works Manager will lead a high-performing team of over 15 staff members, overseeing the Minor Works Service Department with strategic growth and operational excellence.

This senior management role requires strong leadership and business acumen to drive departmental success through client relationships and quality job delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the management team and field staff
  • Monitoring and resolving challenges proactively across all active and upcoming jobs

  • Ensuring high-quality job delivery through robust quality assurance processes
