Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Event Execution
    • Collaborate with the Banquet Operations Manager to plan and execute banquets and events.
    • Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation.
  • Communication and Relationship Building
    • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including hotel staff and management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in events operations, preferably in a hotel or conference center environment.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
