**About the Role**

We are currently seeking individuals with strong customer service skills to join our team as Ice Cream Sales Operators. This is a casual employment opportunity where you will be responsible for delivering pre-packaged ice cream products door to door in suburban streets, following a proven system operating for over 30 years.

As a Sales Operator, you will provide excellent customer service and interact with customers to meet sales targets. You will also be expected to be well presented, have a friendly attitude, and work effectively as part of a team.

**Your Day Involves:**

  • Delivering ice cream products to customers door to door.
  • Sales interactions and meeting sales targets.
  • Working autonomously but as part of a supportive team.
  • Loading your vehicle with ice cream products (small cartons under 5kg).

**Requirements:**

  • A big SMILE, honesty, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
  • Good English language skills and ability to process payments.
  • Ability to drive and navigate streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas according to the territory Route book.
