Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our ward. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service and performing various administrative functions as directed from the nurse manager and patient service manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the ward, including filing, collation of records, and stationery orders
- Admit and discharge patients, including health fund checks and verification of patient information
- Manage incoming calls, including transferring to the correct areas and responding to patient inquiries
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative. A willingness to obtain a WWVP card is also required.
