Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate these leads to determine sales potential based on specific criteria.
  • Research key decision-maker details, securing multiple contacts when necessary.
  • Engage with qualified prospects via phone or email to understand project parameters and requirements.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls followed by targeted emails and relevant information.
  • Lay the foundation for building long-term relationships with prospective customers.
  • Track project timelines and progress consistently ensuring proactive follow-ups.
  • Determine the right time to transition projects to the field sales team for further action.
  • Meet performance metrics by generating high-quality leads through effective efforts.
  • Initiate continuous updates to an updated prospect database.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends customer needs and project status.
  • Establish professional benchmarks in communication and telesales effectiveness.
  • Pursue ongoing training to enhance personal and professional skills.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed to support broader objectives.
