Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished educator to lead our Secondary Teaching and Learning program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating quality practice in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting.

  • Foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the outworking of the College's strategic plan and direction.

As a leader in education, you will inspire staff and students to flourish professionally and academically. You will be a role model, demonstrating commitment to the Christian beliefs, culture, and values of the College.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the academic organisation and provide guidance on compliance in Years 7–12.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Departments and other leaders to drive educational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you must be an active member of your local church and hold a strong commitment to the College's Christian ethos. A registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers is also essential.
