About the Opportunity

MTA is seeking a highly skilled Education Technology Manager to join their team. As the Literacy Sales and Training Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention for Wushka, our digital reading platform. You will utilize your expertise in sales and training methodologies to deliver exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Wushka and its applications in Australian and New Zealand classrooms.
  • Create and deliver customized online training programs for educators and MTA staff.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Wushka customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell services to existing customers.
  • Analyze and optimize CRM system performance to enhance productivity.

Your Qualifications and Strengths:

  • Proven track record in literacy sales into schools, including successful trial process management.
  • Expertise in adult education or training, with excellent presenting skills.
  • Strong understanding of the school reading and literacy landscape.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to leverage knowledge to drive sales success.
