We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals in an Early Childhood setting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. This role involves developing and implementing engaging educational programs, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our centre.

Requirements
  • Holding an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services is essential
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood service, working with children in this age group
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
