About the Role

As a Senior Project Cost Manager, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services on major construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to develop cost plans and estimates.
  • Managing procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration.
  • Providing cost reporting and analysis to clients.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A recognised degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Experience in cost management and quantity surveying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
