Landscaper Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to manage on-site crews, oversee high-quality landscape projects and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of landscapers on daily jobs and execute installations, maintenance and hardscape work efficiently.
  • Interpret landscape designs and ensure proper implementation while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency and safety.
  • Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage materials and equipment to minimize waste and optimize productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of landscape experience with leadership responsibilities and a strong track record of success.
  • Skilled in softscape and hardscape techniques with the ability to read blueprints/plans and direct teams accordingly.
  • Proficient with landscaping equipment and software.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive, team-first attitude and reliable work ethic.
