Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Sydney.

  • Leading project management consultancy with a multi-state presence and excellent project pipeline across various sectors, including Hospitality, Retail, Industrial, Health & Commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client-side project management, with exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths. They will also have experience of end-to-end project management on various building projects, commercial fit-out would be an advantage.

  • Responsibilities include:
    • Managing regulatory approvals
    • Design co-ordination
    • Stakeholder management and liaison
    • Health and safety
    • Program management
    • Contract administration
    • Construction management of project delivery
    • Management of site variations and design changes
    • Cost management

Key qualifications and requirements:

  • Degree Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
  • A minimum of 3 - 7+ years' experience in a client-side PM role
