Dynamics Business Central Implementation Expert

As a key player in Dynamics Business Central implementations, you will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
You will provide expertise and guidance to the implementation team, conduct discovery workshops, and engage with clients to understand their supply chain processes and pain points. Your goal will be to tailor solutions that meet their needs.
You will lead pre-sales presentations and functional discussions to showcase Dynamics Business Central's capabilities, create design documentation for client approval, and prepare as-built documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement and Discovery: Conduct discovery workshops, understand supply chain processes, identify pain points, and build rapport with clients.
- Solution Design and Scoping: Lead scoping workshops, document requirements, create functional specifications, and design documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Pre-Sales Support: Lead presentations and discussions, articulate value propositions, and demonstrate Dynamics Business Central's capabilities to clients.
- Implementation Execution: Coordinate project sprints, manage resources, mitigate risks, and prepare documentation to ensure timely delivery.
- Training and Mentorship: Deliver end-user training, act as a mentor, and promote continuous learning among team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamics Business Central features and improve implementation methodologies to enhance project delivery.
