Senior Events Co-ordinator

Churchill HR & Training Solutions is seeking a Senior Events Co-ordinator to lead our events team and coordinate the delivery of high-quality events.

This is a senior role that requires a high level of expertise in event management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing event marketing strategies, managing event budgets, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event management, excellent computer skills, and the ability to think creatively and commercially. They will also have a high level of effective written and oral skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and provide excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • Lead the events team and coordinate the delivery of high-quality events.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure the smooth execution of events.
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and speakers to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Support the development and implementation of event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Completed or currently studying a relevant qualification in Event Management.
  • Extensive experience in event management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Ability to think and act creatively and commercially with a focus on innovation.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • An understanding of CRMs and database management systems.
