Job Title: Experienced Expeditor - Rare Earths Project

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our team on a major Rare Earths project in Perth, CBD. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage expediting activities to meet schedule and quality requirements
  • Lead and/or participate in kick-off and supplier progress meetings
  • Track supplier progress and ensure timely delivery per purchase orders
  • Address delays and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues

Requirements

  • Extensive expediting experience within EPCM/EPC/Owners team on major projects
  • Skilled in analysing supplier schedules and identifying critical paths
  • Degree in engineering, supply chain or related fields or equivalent experience
  • Experience with project and procurement software
  • Strong commitment to HSE practices
