This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to older adults.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal support
  • Support residents in participating in social, recreational, and wellness activities
  • Develop and implement engaging group and one-on-one activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
  • Assist with transportation and mobility as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and care records
  • Uphold the principles of dignity, independence, and respect in all interactions
  • Collaborate with the care team, families, and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive support
">Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community) or equivalent qualification
  • Completion of Allied Health/Therapy Assistant course
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Manual handling and infection control training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience providing personal care in aged care, disability, or community settings
  • Ability to plan, deliver, and adapt activities to support physical, social, and emotional wellbeing
