About the Role
  • This is a part-time, rotating roster position with 1:4 patient ratio that offers you the chance to provide women-centered care and promote best clinical outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders and the multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and well-being.
  • Working collaboratively with midwives, lactation consultants, mothercraft nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to individualized patient-centered care and advocating for patients' needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor in emergency situations and adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience working in the postnatal setting with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Flexibility to work on a seven-day rotating roster, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
