Job DescriptionHospitality Marketing Specialist
The Hospitality Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing marketing campaigns and promotions across our portfolio of pubs, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all activities. This involves leading social media management, content creation, scheduling, and customer engagement, as well as supporting the development of digital advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a marketing and promotions calendar for multiple focus venues
- Collaborating with venue managers and the marketing team to plan and schedule promotional activities
- Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns
Campaign Coordination
The Hospitality Marketing Specialist will assist in the coordination of promotional activities, including in-venue events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers. This requires a customer-led approach and consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Working closely with external partners, such as designers and brand partners
- Assisting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, including budget tracking and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or customer experience roles
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels
