We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker in Mount Gravatt QLD. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Domestic Assistance: Provide cleaning and household support to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Meal Preparation and Shopping: Help our customers with meal preparation and grocery shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
- Social Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to our customers, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments and social events, ensuring our customers can stay connected with their community.
- Complex Care: Provide specialized care for customers with high care needs, including dementia and mobility issues.
