As an ambassador of the InterContinental brand, you will create memorable moments for our guests and clients.

• Lead and motivate the Conference, Events, and Weddings teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop innovative event solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Review guest feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in managing conferences, events, or weddings in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
