About the Role

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working as part of a team. No experience is necessary, as we provide all the training required to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery: Ensure timely and safe delivery of pizzas to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
  • Store Cleanliness: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Team Player: You must be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Passion for Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential for success in this role.
  • Licensing: A valid driver's license is required for car or motorbike delivery; for E-bike delivery, you must be over 16 and have a valid driver's license (even a learner's permit is acceptable).
  • Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle is necessary for this role.
  • Smartphone: You will need access to a smartphone to communicate with customers and manage orders.
