About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Funeral Arranger to join our team at Willed Law Pty. As a Funeral Arranger, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with end-of-life planning and funeral arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  2. Coordinate the logistics and paperwork required for cremations, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed accurately and efficiently.
  3. Work closely with families to plan and coordinate all aspects of a funeral service, including selecting a suitable venue, arranging for music and flowers, and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  4. Utilize our CRM system to manage client relationships and track interactions.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by building rapport with clients, demonstrating high levels of customer service, product knowledge, and credibility.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator, a team player, and a problem solver. You should have a proactive and creative attitude, be comfortable using computers in a work setting, and have the ability to recognize and act on opportunities to develop new business in a highly competitive environment.

You should also have the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, competency and confidence with paperwork, process, and completing digital forms, as well as a keen eye for detail.

A sense of professionalism and compassion, a growth mindset, and a can-do attitude are essential for this role. You should also have a full unrestricted driver's license.
