Heavy Diesel Fitter: Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our team at our Western Australia Iron Ore sites in the Pilbara.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with heavy machinery and wants to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, inspecting, and performing planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of equipment including Komatsu haul trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment, Liebherr, and Atlas Copco.
They will also be expected to initiate updates to work procedures to ensure they are accurate and relevant to equipment, provide input into root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing new initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have Australian recognized heavy mechanical qualifications, experience with Komatsu haul trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment, Liebherr, and Atlas Copco, and demonstrated diagnostics and breakdown experience with both trucks and ancillary equipment.

- Dogging, Rigging, and Forklift Licenses are desirable

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, depending on experience.
