As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our organization, working in the field to connect customers to the internet. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career in a dynamic and versatile industry.

The successful candidate will work on a permanent full-time basis with comprehensive leave entitlements and have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognized qualification in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship period.

In this role, you will have the support of experienced professionals who will guide you through your training and development as a Customer Field Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in the field to connect customers to the internet
  • Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
  • Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
  • Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician
