Digital Curriculum Developer

CQUniversity, a leader in quality education and training, is seeking an Associate Learning Designer to collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create innovative digital resources.
This role offers the opportunity to design engaging learning experiences, support staff in delivering online education, and make a meaningful impact on student success.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with educators to design high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice standards.
- Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments, enhancing their skills and competencies.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery, ensuring seamless integration and optimal learning outcomes.
- Apply CQUniversity's templates, processes, and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery and minimize administrative burdens.
- Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes, driving academic excellence and innovation.
- Assist with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations and contribute to the university's mission.
- Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience), demonstrating expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with stakeholders, including educators, subject matter experts, and other team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- The ability to respond appropriately to clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service, ensuring exceptional user experiences and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training, showcasing expertise in curriculum design and implementation.
