As a Sales Growth Leader, you will drive expansion across Queensland, nurturing existing customer relationships while introducing and promoting innovative power generation solutions.

This key role involves taking ownership of a dynamic portfolio, collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver value to diverse stakeholders, including OEMs, integrators, contractors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and service existing customers, identifying new business opportunities
  • Promote and sell advanced power control systems and custom solutions
  • Guide customers in transitioning to new platforms and integrating our products into their projects
  • Pursue product sales across the specified markets
  • Coordinate with project leads when custom solutions are required
  • Interpret customer specifications and tender requirements
  • Feed market insights and customer feedback into our broader sales strategy
  • Maintain and grow your pipeline in CRM and prepare regular sales reports
  • Achieve agreed sales, margin, and activity targets

The ideal candidate is a technically confident and commercially astute sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative power solutions. Essential qualifications include an electrical or allied technical background, at least 5 years of sales experience, and knowledge of diesel/gas generator control systems and power generation.
