The successful candidate will have significant hospital pharmacy experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement change while upholding best practice medication safety standards.About the Role

This role involves leading a team of pharmacists and contributing to high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be able to provide complex therapeutic advice, manage service disruptions, and mentor pharmacists and students.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist. You will also need significant hospital pharmacy experience with proven clinical, supervisory, and management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of pharmacists
  • Contribute to high-quality patient care through the development of policy and procedures
  • Implement change and ensure the safe use of medications
