Job Coach for People with Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Job Coach for People with Disabilities to join our team.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for coaching individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. You will work closely with participants to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop individualised plans to support them in achieving their employment goals.
You will also be responsible for providing personal care, mealtime assistance, and behavioural management to ensure everyone feels fully supported and progressing towards their employment goals.
We are looking for someone who can bring a wealth of experience from working in the disability sector and/or allied health sector to our team. This role would also be suitable for people with lived experience and a good understanding of disability support if they have not worked in the sector previously.
Key Responsibilities- Coach individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.
- Identify and address gaps in participant's skills and knowledge through ongoing assessment and evaluation.
- Develop individualised plans to support participants in achieving their employment goals.
- Provide personal care, mealtime assistance, and behavioural management to ensure everyone feels fully supported and progressing towards their employment goals.
- Deliver on administration and reporting activities in line with NDIS standards.
- Promote and role-model appropriate behaviour to support our culture, performance, and brand.
- Engage with participants using a Positive Behaviour Support approach where appropriate.
