**Job Role:** Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Thebarton Aquatic Centre.

The ideal candidate will have AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety accreditation or equivalent, HLTAID009 Perform CPR or equivalent, and RRHAN-EC Masterclass - Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education & Care certification.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about teaching swimming to people of all ages and abilities. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in a safe and engaging environment.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for participants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering swimming lessons to children and adults
  • Maintaining accurate records of lesson attendance and progress
  • Providing constructive feedback to participants
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve program goals
