Job Title: Counter Hand

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Counter Hand. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail. They will also be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff, patients, and visitors to the hospital
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
