Grocery Department Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Grocery Department Manager.
About the RoleAs a leader in this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the grocery department. This includes managing a team, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer service, and meeting sales targets and cost control requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities- You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with direct leadership experience.
- Ability to motivate and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- To maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
- Customer obsession is key in this role, continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers.
