Enhance and grow the capacity of targeted engagement activities with future students as a Team Leader.

This is a great opportunity to set up your team for success, work with them as they grow, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, training, coaching, and deploying current students to work as passionate and inspiring Ambassadors and positive role models, sharing their journey into and life as an ECU student.

In collaboration with Internal Schools staff and Ambassadors, you will design and develop inspiring, hands-on engagement workshops and presentations to promote ECU to future students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and deploy undergraduate and postgraduate Student Ambassadors to deliver discipline-based workshops, presentations, and activities to prospective students.
  • Develop engaging activities and hands-on workshops to promote ECU to future students in collaboration with Internal Schools staff.
  • Coordinate the operational aspects of the Future Student Engagement program, including on-campus events, school visits, and Open Days.
  • Oversee administration requirements for the Student Ambassador Program, including HR and payroll contracts and timesheets, working with children checks.
  • Capture relevant information on prospective students who attend future student engagement events and input it into the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on the impact and effectiveness of the ECU Student Ambassador Program.
